Scientific institutions through their educations and programs and executive and judicial institutions through their policies, programs and diverse projects have tried to enrich the written texts in this area and reduce the criminality in Iran.<br />     But there are some barriers for scientific Institutions in educating and researching in this area and executive and judicial institutions face some difficulties in policy making and performing the programs and projects in this respect.
