These challenges are results of inefficiency, the enormous expense and a lengthy criminal procedure from one side and from the other side they are resulted from the crisis of the legitimacy and the public’s distrust to the criminal-justice institutions. The manageraialism is a modern mechanism to reply these problems in the public services with carrying out the methods of the private sections emphasizing on teachings of the customer orientation, assessing and performance management, passing clear performance standards and etc. It is scheduled considerable and fundamental reforms in making decisions and criminal-justice policing. But deep looking to the consequences and the manifestations of the manageraialism indicates the considerable theoretical and practical challenges in the area of the criminal interferences. One of these challenges is the challenge of the criminal justice and the efficiency. The aim of this paper is to draw the theoretical and practical dimension of the aforementioned challenge in the judicial systems with relying on the method of the documentary analysis and the present legal rules. The outcomes show that placing emphasis on the consequences, adjudged orientation and statisticalism which are the most prominent signs of the efficiency. Although it is leaded to increase the ended criminal cases apparently, the enhancement of accuracy and quality in the judicial enquiry has not been achieved.   <em>نظام‌های عدالت کیفری، ساختارهای سازمانی پیچیده با اهداف و کاربردهایی چندگانه‌اند که در دهه‌های اخیر با چالش‌هایی عمیق روبه‌رو شده‌اند. این چالش‌ها از یک‌سو نتیجۀ ناکارایی، هزینه‌های هنگفت و اطالۀ دادرسی است و از سوی دیگر، به بحران «مشروعیت» و بی‌اعتمادی مردم به نهادهای عدالت کیفری بازمی‌گردد. مدیریت‌گرایی سازوکاری است مدرن برای پاسخ به مشکلات حوزۀ خدمات عمومی که با بهره‌گیری از شیوه‌های بخش خصوصی، بر آموزه‌های مشتری‌مداری، ارزیابی و مدیریت عملکرد، تدوین استانداردهای شفاف عملکرد و... تأکید دارد و در تصمیم‌گیری و سیاست‌گذاریِ عدالت کیفری اصلاحاتی قابل توجه و بنیادین را بنا نهاده است. لکن تعمق در پیامدها و جلوه‌های مدیریت‌گرایی، حاکی از چالش‌های نظری و عملیِ توجه‌برانگیزی در عرصۀ مداخلات کیفری است. یکی از این چالش‌ها چالش عدالت کیفری و کارایی است.</em><br /><em>      هدف از این مقاله ترسیم ابعاد نظری و عملیِ چالش مذکور در نظام‌های قضایی است که با تکیه بر روشِ تحلیل اسناد و قوانین موجود بدان می‌پردازد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تأکید بر افزایشِ خروجی‌ها، مختومه‌محوری و آمارگرایی که بارزترین نمادهای کارایی‌اند، هرچند در ظاهرْ منجر به افزایش تعداد پرونده‌هایِ بسته شده است، افزایشِ دقت و کیفیت در رسیدگی‌های قضایی را به دست نداده است.</em> https://cld.razavi.ac.ir/article_673_200d659f5b146551cdbe61a651213600.pdf
