About Journal

The Criminal Law Doctrines  was first published  as  special issues, exploring  current issues in criminal law  from 1380 to 1390. From then, it is published periodical as scholarly and scientific peer-reviewed  journal. it is a biannual journal.

The target group of the journal is postgraduate students, doctoral students, professors and faculty members.

The current expenses of the publication are provided by Razavi University of Islamic Sciences. 

This  is open access journal. Publication fee is 8000000 IRR based on the regulations  and laws of Ministry of Science, Research and technology for papers being accepted  and after  peer review to cover publishing functions.

Matching: Articles uploaded to the system, before being placed in the judging process, are matched through Samim Noor's identifier system and also Irandok's matching system. 

If plagiarism is observed, it will be reported to the competent authorities.

This journal is "Open Access": This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Journal policy on plagiarism
** Plagiarism according to the Committee on Publication Ethics (Cope) means that the author of the contents of a published or unpublished work [article, book, thesis, etc..] mentions [exactly or with changes in phrases, but with retention of the first author's writing style, either with a different phrase and style], or  the ideas of others without citing the original source, in his article.
***  It does not matter In plagiarism, if the author republishes his previously published material without citing the original work or the printed or unpublished material of others. In any case, using the works of others without referring to them and considering it as one's own work is considered plagiarism.
*** The Criminal Law Doctrines try to prevent any kind of plagiarism in articles. Therefore, all articles are compared through Samim Noor software before the review stage.  The article will be rejected, If it is determined that plagiarism has taken place in the article.
*** If it is found that an author after the publication of the article has committed plagiarism, he will be dealt with according to the rules.

Stages of dealing with unethical publishing and research behavior

- Receiving a written accusation from an organization or a real person by the journal's office

- Convening a meeting of the editorial board of the journal in the presence of the representative of the University publishing center and the initial investigation of the charge

Collecting documents and evaluating them, if necessary, and preparing the proceedings indicating whether or not the charge was correct

- Sending charges to the authors of the charge and requesting answers within the specified time

- Reviewing the answers of the defendants in the editorial board meeting of the journal with the presence of the representative of the University publishing center and final decision making

Sending a decision to the plaintiff and the defendant along with punitive suggestions if the charge is recognized

Informing the highest research authority of the organization where offenders operate
