Abstract

on-separability and mutual dependance of all kinds of human rights has been emphasized in important documents of human rights. However, in the past half century we have seen the existence of a strong, theoretical and practical movement to separate these rights. Civil and political law, through capability for litigation in internal law systems, could enjoy more stability, where as the But it is sometime since some of the financial institutions have issued papers under the topic of “payment order”. commission of strengthening the peace has been established in the United Nations to institutionalize the stable peace after the armed hostilities. Among the subsidiary organs, the commission of strengthening the peace enjoys an innovation, because it is regarded as subsidiary organ of the security council as well as the United Nations. General assembly, and it has a constant organizational committee to prepare regulations and to regulate its organizational affairs. In this article the doctrines of establishing the commission of strengthening the peace, its nature, structure and occupations will be examined.
