Ka'b and Qadam bones; Domain and Compensation

Abstract

Ka'b and Qadam, based on narrative-jurisprudential texts, have special rules. The step in the broad definition includes the bones after the ankle joint, which includes 26 bones. Although the discovery of the definition of stepping bone applies to the extent of theft as well as foot anointing, the application of the definition to diyat does not involve principles such as caution in temperature, and there may be rules and principles of alignment such as non-invasion of property versus caution in temperature. Which indicates the possibility of a difference in the definition of these words. In general, the bones of the sole of the foot, that is, the bones after the ankle joint, have only the definite scope of the bones of the toes, and the other bones of the sole of the foot are within the scope of the word cube or foot. According to the dictionary, the ankle is the ankle, and all 26 bones after the foot joint, with the exception of 14 toe bones, are within the scope of the word step and its provisions, including the amount of compensation determined for injuries to each bone.
