چکیده
پیشگیری از بزهکاری امروزه در کنار سرکوبگری یکی از مؤثرترین ابزارهای سیاست جنایی برای پاسخدهی به بزهکاری به شمار میرود. نهادهای دانشگاهی و پیرادانشگاهی ایران با آموزش و پژوهش در این زمینه و دستگاههای اجرایی و قضایی از رهگذر اجرای سیاستها، برنامهها و طرحهای متعدّد در این راستا کوشیدهاند تا از یک سو نوشتگان پیشگیری از بزهکاری در ایران را غنی نمایند و از سوی دیگر، از میزان بزهکاری بکاهند. با وجود این، نهادهای دانشگاهی و پیرادانشگاهی با موانع متعدّدی برای آموزش و پژوهش در این خصوص و دستگاههای اجرایی و قضایی با کاستیهایی در سیاستگذاریها و اجرای برنامهها و طرحهای پیشگیری از بزهکاری روبهرو میباشند. در این نوشتار، تلاش شده است با رویکردی تحلیلی پس از شناسایی چالشهای فراروی پیشگیری از بزهکاری در ایران، راهکارهای مناسبی در این زمینه ارائه گردد.

Prevention of crime today along side with retribution is one of the most effective means of criminal policy in responding criminality. Scientific institutions through their educations and programs and executive and judicial institutions through their policies, programs and diverse projects have tried to enrich the written texts in this area and reduce the criminality in Iran.
But there are some barriers for scientific Institutions in educating and researching in this area and executive and judicial institutions face some difficulties in policy making and performing the programs and projects in this respect. In this article we have taken an analyctical approach to study the challenges confronting the prevention of criminality in Iran and suggest some guidelines in this respect.
